Trump will sign spending bill and declare national emergency

Boy oh boy — now that the GOP is setting the precedent that “emergency” = “whatever the president says is an emergency”, I cannot WAIT for the next Democratic president’s declared national emergencies on “climate change”, “healthcare for all”, “gun control”, and “universal basic income”!
