Be hilarious if Biden steps down, and Kamala immediately drops the entire GOP membership of the Supreme Court as an official act.

The (ex-)Justices would take it to court of course — they could even present their own cases to the new bench! — but fortunately the brand-new 15-person Gen-Z court would def uphold.

Then have that same court get rid of official acts immunity bullshit, thus making Kamala the first president since George Washington to forgo greater power, leading to skyrocketing popularity 🤗

Fun corollary: with no potential path to reclaiming the Supreme Court in their lifetime, the GOP would abandon Trump immediately 🙌
